02 · Our story
From the road, to the cart, to a place of our own.
After getting married and traveling around the country, the founders came home to the Space Coast in 2019 to put down roots.
They missed the craft coffee and café atmosphere they had found elsewhere, so they built the Slow Down Coffee cart. Markets and events followed, then day parties that brought local makers, musicians, and vendors together.
Now, Slow Down Coffee is taking its next step toward a brick-and-mortar café in Cape Canaveral.
